A Letter to a Friend is a must read for everyone. Most of us know someone in an abusive relationship and don't understand. This isolates the person even more. They need us to stay in their lives. This book is relative, informative and non-judgmental. Beautifully written and easy to understand. You won't be dissapointed you bought it!
